To maintain the luster of your pieces, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. We recommend storing your jewelry in its original pouch and gently cleaning it with a soft, lint-free cloth.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on your location, and all international orders are tracked for your peace of mind.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty.
Does Soru Jewellery come with a warranty?
Every piece of Soru Jewellery is covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or improper care.
