We want you to love your Soru Jewellery pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the jewellery in its original branded pouch and box to ensure it is protected during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our atelier inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
